Blonde Brow can lighten brows up to 3 shades for naturally blonde styles. It can be used to tint dark brows with light hues and also helps with tinting grey or bristly eyebrows.

NOTE: Blonde Brow must be mixed with RefectoCil Oxidant Cream

DIRECTIONS
  • Cleanse and prepare brows for application
  • Mix 2cm of tint and 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream into a creamy paste and immediately apply to brows
  • Remove paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover
PROCESSING TIME
  • One shade lighter: 5 Minutes
  • Two shades lighter: 12 Minutes
  • Three shades lighter: 20 Minutes
