How to apply

1. Dip the ultra fine eyeliner brush into gel formula, coating both sides of brush tip. Wipe off excess on tissue before applying to eye.
2. Line lash line with gel, working quickly as product comes transfer resistant once dry.

Caution : Hand apply in a careful, sanitary manner. Do not share gel eyeliner, add anything to eyeliner, put applicator brush on any surface, or use old brush applicator in new case. Do not use if eye is injured, infected, or scratched. In case of irritation, consult a physician. Keep away from small children.
