How to use

Cleanse your feet and towel dry. Cut and wear the wrap, then secure with stickers. Leave on for 1.5 hours. Remove and rinse thoroughly with water. Keep your feet moisturized; daily foot baths help. Dead skin will begin to shed in 3–5 days.
