Aloo Gobi Spice Kit

What’s Included

• 1 Aloo Gobi recipe (makes ~4 cups)
• 1 pinch hing + 2 tsp cumin seeds + 1 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 tsp garam masala + 2 tsp coriander powder
• 2 tsp red chile powder
• 1 tbsp dried fenugreek (methi) leaves

Items listed together are packaged together as they are added at the same time when cooking. The red chile powder is always packaged separately so you can adjust the heat. No other spices add heat, just flavor.

Items not included: oil or ghee, onion, ginger, garlic, fresh chiles, potato, peas, cauliflower, and salt.
